Nino Russell is an upcoming British composer, recording artist and music producer, based in London. Currently studying a degree in Music Composition at the London College of Music, Nino's forte and passion for music making, along-side performance (piano and oboe) and conducting, has given him the versatility of musicianship to have works performed both locally and overseas, to teach children of all ages and abilities, and to musical direct and produce both amateur and professional projects within the community.
Having released a debut single, EP and upcoming album, Nino has began to recognize and addressed both the Classical and Popular cultures within his material, striving towards an aspect of this versatility as an artist and writer.
Notably, he has been invited to play at the Houses of Parliament in 2011, as part of a charity fundraiser for Cancer Research UK, in addition to been asked to perform for the Mayor(s) of Wolverhampton within his/her own private parlor(s) for four consecutive years. In 2013, he was also invited to the French Woods Festival in NYC to take the position of Musical Director for the entire Summer, working with children to produce off-Broadway standardized shows.
